Kevin Neal is the founder and CEO of Neal Development Company. An industry veteran with almost 20 years of experience in design and development, he has developed projects totaling 3,000 units and over $1 billion. Mr Neal has designed and developed some of the most high-end apartment projects in Florida complete with condo quality interior unit finishes, smart home technology, and some of the most luxurious amenity packages in the market. A trained architect with extensive construction experience, Mr Neal possesses a mastery of the design and construction phases of projects that few developers can match. Mr Neal is well versed in sustainability having developed multiple projects with LEED Gold and Platinum certification and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr Neal earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Masters in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
